Full-Time Enrollment Only

(Ages 1-4)

  •  Monday – Friday

  •  6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  •  Small group setting (max. 6 children)

  •  Daily learning activities & guided play

  •  Safe, clean, nurturing environment

  •  Snacks provided (parents provide meals)

Our Policy

WEEKLY TUITION

  • $280 per child

  • Full-time care (Monday–Friday)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • Tuition is due weekly

  • Payments are due every Sunday (by end of day)

Payment Terms

NON-NEGOtiable

  • iCareDaycare operates on a flat weekly rate

  • No part-time care is offered

  • No daily rates or drop-in care available

  • Payment is required regardless of attendance (including absences, holidays, or early pickups)

Refund Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE

  • All payments are final

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Absences

    • Illness

    • Vacations

    • Early withdrawal

    • Schedule changes

Late Payments

Payments not received by Sunday may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of care until payment is made
